I did this bicycle frame in Dormant Blue and White fade. When I shot the white over the cured dormnat blue it activated it some at the fade and turned a solid blue not like the vibrant trans type blue after clearing. After clearing and curing the whole frame there were some areas of DB that did not activate for whatever reason. What is my best choice at this point? To sand the areas and reshoot the whole frame or strip and start over? I was thinking next time I would shoot the DB and cure then clear coat to activate and then shoot the white. Decals are being applied and a second coat of clear will be added. For some reason the customer requested the blue be shot first and then the white faded into the blue. I dont know, maybe he knows something I dont.
