    Hey Eastwood !

Does the # 10301 Grey Primer eliminate the appearance of any scratches or blemishes present on machined aluminum wheels once the wheel is powdered with the #10301 grey primer and a Top coat or base coat????

The wheels have been thuroughly stripped down to the bare aluminum, but there are sanding swirl marks left on the surface of the wheels…after cleaning surface and using acetone….should’nt the 3 10301 grey primer powder applied and then a top coat color applied….hide most or all bare metal surface scratches ..or fine swirls in other words????

    Thanks!! need re-assurance with this
