disappointed..

    I have to say I am a little disappointed with Eastwoods inventory monitoring…

    I had to put in for an exchange for the Pro gun last week… it was working intermittantly for the last couple of weeks..

    Here is the problem… they issued a call tag for the gun and UPS came yesterday afternoon… I was wondering where the replacement was, so I called up Eastwood to check on it…

    Thats when they let me know that it was on backorder until at least May 31… maybe later.

    They told me today that there could have been orders pending on whatever was on hand when they took the replacement order…

    Now I am without a gun and I have customers that are expecting parts back beginning this Friday….

    If I would have know that, would have kept it until the replacement was in hand.
