I still am having issues with orange peel. I am defiitely getting my parts clean. I spray over them with 2 coats usually, then straight into cold oven 40 minutes at 400 degrees. The spec on the Sherwin Williams chart says 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Should I preheat oven and get it up to at least 250 degrees then put the part in , then when the oven reaches 375 degrees time it from that point on until the 20 minutes are up, also will it hurt to take the part straight out of the oven or should I let it cool down in the oven first before taking it out? Orange Peel seems to be one of the main problems in this industry and a hard one to figure out. Need Pro input.
