I hope to be shooting primer within the next few weeks if we can get above freezing for awhile. I have a gallon of Eastwood 2k gray urethane primer surfacer and will be top-coating with single stage USA bright white. my question is will i need to factor in more material (top-coat) to get full coverage if I don’t spray a sealer over the blocked surfacer? I hope to get the whole car (1983 rabbit) painted with one gallon of material. should i budget in a quart or two of white sealer or epoxy then spray the topcoat wet on wet? The project is already over budget and any additional materials will not be available to me for awhile.
