I have an origianl 1967 Holley Carb, which the ethanol laced gas of today has hurt. The surfaces where the metering block and mettering plate mate to the center air horn has been eroded by the ethanol. I can have the surface trued by milling, but this will expose the pot metal directly to the fuel. Does anyone have knowledge of a sprayable material that can be put on to resist the afects of the ethanol?
