I am relatively new to the Eastwood PC system, but have had excellent results until I started using Chevy Orange. I attempted do a timing chain cover which had a coat of light gray PC primer. The primary bled-through something terrible. I did a second coat but that came out grainy. Time to start over. FYI: I did a bell housing that was not primed and it turned out great!:D
Two questions?
1. Did I go wrong with the primer on the timing chain cover.
2. With the PC withstand engine block/head/intake manifold temperatures?
Thanks!
Doug
