I have a powder coating gun that is meant for small parts. There is no way to adjust the voltage on this unit. The parts that I’m powder coating are very small- elements for jewelry actually. They are strung on a horizontal piece of wire and attached to a rack that goes in a toaster oven. I’m using candy colors for the first time and I’ve done a base coat of chrome. When I go to apply the top coat of color it won’t stick! I’ve tried quite a few different things- restringing them on new wire, scraping the inside of the eye hole where their strung, attaching the grounding clip directly to an individual piece, etc.. but nothing works. I’m at a loss… does anybody know if there is anything I can do to get this to work?!
