I was wondering if there was any way to get rid of “every” little buff mark after you wet sand new paint? I mean I’ve got it to where it is looking VERY VERY VERY good, but I am just a very picky person and was wondering if these high end show cars still have slight marks in the paint if you were to look under the correct lighting?
I am basicallly wetsanding with 3m 1500 , using a white Perfect-It foam pad with extra-cut 3m compound set to around 1800 rpm. Then using 3m Finesse to buff to a gloss. THEN, using a machine glaze on top of that followed by 3m’s Hand glaze. Like I said , you can’t see it under sunlight and you really have to look hard to see it at all but I am just curious to know if all these marks REALLY come out? I mean even a soft cloth puts a few slight marks on the paint. ha ha :p
Thanks for the input!
