Broken Spark Plug

    Anybody have any good tips for taking out the thread portion of a spark plug that are stuck in the heads?
    I have a circular easy-out that I was going to use but after researching a little online, I have seen that could be a bad idea with leaving metal shavings. Some have also suggested using a square-cut easy out but I am not finding this anywhere online? This is an old 79 F-150 with a 351 Cleveland and although the grand scheme of things is to rebuild the engine, I wanted to get as much life out of this engine that I could without tearing it down or replacing the head. Any helpful input would be appreciated.
