brake rotors tend to rust on the rotor hat face and on the cooling fins. this can be rather unsightly behind pretty open spoked wheels.
would it be possible to powder coat the rotor hat face, cooling fins, backside of the rotor hat face, and the inside of the rotor – basically every inch of the rotor that isn’t going to be in contact w/ the brake pads? how would i get powder in the “inside” of the rotor w/o excessive powder build up? thoughts?
i see calipers on here that have been cured at 400*; am i right in thinking that a rotor could take those cure temps?
