I am trying to figure out how to 2 tone a set of wheels for my square the same as i have them painted only in powder coat.
I’m no sure which color is easier to start with because of the masking involved.
The inner will be a red with a ruby red metal flake in the clear for some pop on the stock wheel. And the outer rim and back will be white.

Do i just do the whole wheel in white then do the center?
Do i do the center of the wheel first then mask it and do the rest?
How do i mask the coated part of the wheel ?

I always hear about people powder coating and then painting the centers but that’s a last ditch thing because i would have do do it in a duplicolor laquer or something much less durable than the powder.
