I have seen a few of you guys do this and now I want to know how. Truth be known, I have a customer asking for it.
On a valve cover (or any metal) with raised letters or ribs I want the letters a different color powder. When I shoot more than one coat I have to shoot the 2nd coat hot in order to get it to stick. How do you shoot a color over another color and then remove the 2nd color to expose the 1st one? Am I looking at having to tape off the letters?
