110 oven Q’s

    well heres what i have planed…
    i just picked up a 20 toaster oven for $20 which is cheep to me, so i took it a part and i want to make a small 110 oven for just valve covers, differential covers and intake manifolds. the oven i got has two heating ellements. what i was wondering from all u out there if u were to be building this how big would u make it?? i am planing to use inslation on it. but how thick i was thinking to make it one inch to two inches thick. should i run the ellements like this — or like this ll?? i was thinking that i should use some sort of heat sheld on top of the ellement to distribute the heat mor evenlly. ill post picts as i get it started. thaks for all your help in advane
